Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Rymate (rymate.com) is operated by MB Adpulz, company code 307034702, registered at S. Daukanto 65-3, Ukmergė, Lithuania. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Rymate" mean MB Adpulz. "You" means the person using the service.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Rymate in any way, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

3. What the service does

Rymate is a browser-based tool that turns your own uploaded video clips, music and text into short-form videos (reels). Rendering happens client-side, inside your own browser. Finished videos are kept in your browser — we do not store your rendered videos on our servers.

We may add, change or remove features over time to keep improving the product.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rymate. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.

5. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you register with.
• Keep your login details private; you are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Tell us at support@rymate.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One account per person unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. Acceptable use

When using Rymate, you agree not to:

• upload or create content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, abusive, sexually exploitative or otherwise harmful;
• use content you do not have the rights to (including music, footage and text);
• resell, sublicense or white-label the service without our written permission;
• scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass limits, security or billing;
• overload, disrupt or interfere with the service or other users;
• use the service to impersonate anyone or to spread misleading or deceptive material.

7. Your content

You upload your own footage, music and text, and you are solely responsible for holding all necessary rights, licences and permissions for it. We claim no ownership of your content. We process and store it only to provide the service to you — for example so you can reuse assets across projects and render videos in your browser.

We may remove content or suspend an account if we receive a credible report that content is illegal or infringing.

8. Intellectual property

Rymate's software, design, brand, name and logo belong to MB Adpulz. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of them to you. You keep ownership of your own content and of the videos you create with the tool.

9. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Rymate offers a Free plan and a Creator plan at $17.99 per month.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; no further charges are taken after that.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your full card details.
• Prices may change; we will tell you in advance and any change applies to future billing periods.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

10. Disclaimers

Rymate is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee any particular result — including views, reach, followers, engagement or income — from videos made with the tool. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser or device.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, lost content, or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights in the EU.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service, or creates legal risk for us or other users. You can stop using Rymate and delete your account at any time by emailing support@rymate.com.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last changed. If a change is significant, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you. Continuing to use Rymate after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable European Union law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lithuania, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
